Great Mendoza Experience, The Most Beautiful City

Hi everybody!

My name is Lionel Bondulich, cook & somm. For years I´ve been traveling and teaching Gastronomy.
Now I ´ve developed a new experience for travellers in Mendoza, Argentina, most important wineland in South America.
Mendoza City Experience is a great way to know this great and amazing city.
With a long and rich history, great natural spots, cultural diversity, and awsome gastronomy, you can´t miss this date.
Mendoza is a pleasant and nice city, were the viticultural industry pace the rythm, full of squares and parks, plenty of trees everywhere.
This experience as all the ones I´ve plannned, is about senses, so in some places we drive in others we walk.
After you had breakfast at your residence, we go to the foundational area, where everything started, with a nice precolombian culture museum, we are going to review Mendoza´s history.
Then we drive trough the old city to see its growing.
Once we get downtown we start walking towards the Great Independence Plaza.
It´s time for the most important activity, grab a coffee.
Then we head to the Cerro de la Gloria (Glory´s Peak), and enjoy the awsome sightseen we have from there and admire the Andes´s Army Monument, one of the greatest in America.
After this we are going to enjoy Mendoza´s Central Park and seat for a little lunch in the middle of the park.
Once we relaxed, we are going to visit the only winery that remains in the city. Escorihuela.
Great day for a great city.

Uco Valley Asado Day Experience, The Real Deal on Cooking Asado in Argentina

Hi everybody!

My name is Lionel Bondulich, cook & somm. For years I´ve been traveling and teaching Gastronomy.
Now I ´ve developed a new experience for travellers in Mendoza, Argentina, most important wineland in South America.

The Asado Day Experience.

This is a full day tour for wine & food lovers, in wich you are going to learn how a typical asado day is performed in this country, buying the right cuts a the butcher store, lighting the fire, prepping the differents meats and knowing more about Argentina´s Great Wines.

ACTIVITIES

We are going to pick you up at your Hotel or Resort in Uco Valley arround 9 am, then we go to the butcher store at Tunuyan Town, a great shop where every veal cut is expose, You are going to learn about how and where argentine cattle is breed, and why and how we started to cook this special cuts.
After that we´re going to purchase the Groceries, and then we go to the Wine Shop and get some nice bottles.
Everything is purchased, we set direction to The Mosso´s Pineland, near the Manzano Histórico,  where we are going to cook the Asado.

Set the fire on, prep the meats, the veggies, put everything on the grill, and let them cook. Everything explained for your perfect understanding.

Then we start the Wine Tasting Class, Aromas, Tastes and Textures are going to be discover by our senses with three special samples, see how and why your senses react by mixing them with food (pairing).

The table is ready, you are going to enjoy the typical asado´s cuts ( Entraña, Vacio y Costilla) with great wines.

After lunch we have a couple activities for you.
Flyfishing and Horseback Riding at the same place, or you can choose to just relax and enjoy the peaceful environment surrounding you.

After all that we are going back to your Residence at around 5 pm.
